About

A licensed Michigan dealer.

We buy firearms, collections and estates throughout Michigan — from the Indiana line to the Upper Peninsula — and we travel across the Great Lakes region for anything worth the drive.

Where we buy

Anywhere in Michigan — Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Jackson, Detroit, Traverse City and everywhere between. We also cross the state line: Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin are all within reach for a collection worth the drive. If there is enough to look at, ask, and we will tell you straight whether we can come.

We do not publish a phone number — email us, or ask us to get in touch and we will reach you the way you asked: a call, a text, or an email.

How we work

Every firearm we take in goes through our license and is documented properly. That is not a selling point, it is the minimum — but families dealing with an estate for the first time often want to hear it said out loud.

We do not advertise what we buy or where it came from. We come to you rather than asking you to move firearms. And we tell people what things are worth even when the answer means they should not sell to us.

How we price

Against what comparable examples have actually sold for, not what people are asking. That distinction is the single most common reason a seller's expectation and a dealer's offer end up far apart: anyone can advertise a rifle at any number and leave it there for two years, and those listings are advertising rather than evidence.

For a collection you get a written list with a value against each firearm, and you keep it whether or not you sell to us. On the pieces that carry the money we will show you what comparable examples sold for and how we got there.

What we will not do

We will not value a collection from photographs alone and call it an offer. We will not take possession of anything before a price is agreed. The price we agree is the price we pay. And we will not advise you on probate, on an estate crossing state lines, or on whether a particular person may lawfully possess a firearm — those are questions for an attorney and we will tell you so rather than guess.

Why we buy whole collections

Because it is the simplest thing for the seller. We take the lot — including the ammunition, the optics, the parts and the safe — so nothing is left behind for somebody to deal with afterwards, and the whole job is finished in one visit.

Buying outright, or selling it for you

Most people want it bought and finished. Where a piece would genuinely do better in front of bidders, we will say so and you can consign it instead.

Trading rather than selling

If you would rather put the value toward something else, take it as trade credit. It is not limited to what is on a shelf — we order new through distributors and source used through other dealers and auctions, so the credit goes toward the firearm you actually want rather than whatever happens to be in stock. Tell us what you are after and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it and what it will take.

Tell us what you have

No obligation, no pressure, and nothing is listed publicly. We will tell you what it is worth even if you decide not to sell.

Whichever suits you — we will use the one you pick below.
How should we get in touch?
We will use the one you choose, and no other.
So we know whether we are driving to you.

We answer every message, and we will use the method you chose. Nothing you tell us goes anywhere else.
